The Vault Module partition of our Total Recall, database
software controls your media and slotted tapes through the bar coding
process. Your Tape Management System can be coordinated with the database via
E-mail to automatically assign your tapes to a position in the vault and
schedule their periodic rotation. Your tapes can also be scanned in and out
of your location and automatically verified with your Tape Management System.
Our Dispatch Module controls your tapes throughout the pickup and
delivery process and all items are receipted by our driver via a portable
belt scanner and printer. Unlimited indexing provides a myriad of report
options that can be downloaded from the Total Recall data base through
the Total Recall Web Link.

for your vital media records residing on tapes, disks, CDs, microfiche, or
