With Record Keeper Remote you can organize your files by department, box, file within a box, or in any matrix or sequence you prefer. You can also customize reports for your managers, matching key information by any customer or client you desire. Common information can be defined, and sorted into desired reports using drop down menus and windows. You can enter new inventory transactions remotely on your local Recall software. In turn, our server is updated through the processing of work orders. Our software support personnel can help you design a program to meet your specific needs and will install it into your existing platform.

The choice is yours; Total Recall Remote Access software to control your records inventory from your office, or off-site control by Millennium Records Management. Either way, we will provide you with professional management and unsurpassed quality service.

 Web Server

In the Remote Access Option, work orders and updating information are transported to and from the Data Center via disk. Our Web Server Software, which is an integral part of our Total Recall System, transports updating information through a link to our Web Site. Our server is linked with a high-speed data line and is protected by a firewall.

Access to the Web Server is protected by a password log-on and access to your account is limited to those individuals approved by your company. Customers can access their accounts and review information. Accounts cannot be directly updated. Updating occurs as the work orders are received through the Web Server and processed by Millennium's personnel into the system. This is the preferred method to access your account directly.

Millennium Imaging Scanner

LaserFiche Team Group Server. When we contract to image your documents the process is initiated with our Team Group Server scanning suite from LaserFiche. The LaserFiche scanning and imaging package is one of the leading document imaging and scanning suites available today. The Team Group package gives us the capability to scan, store and index by words or key phases (OCR-Optical Character Recognition), by folder or by fields within a document. The system is the perfect solution for us to support our imaging services package:

  • file cabinet conversions to CDs,
  • placement of individual documents and files on the web or
  • large bulk document scans.

LaserFiche Plus. The key to successful document imaging is to give the user the ability to access the information after it is scanned and stored. In most instances, accessing the information requires the purchase of an expensive piece of software and a payment for a special retrieval license. To mitigate this problem and to reduce our customer's initial investment in the imaging process, we have the perfect turnkey solution. With our LaserFiche Plus software we can create a CD bundled with a search engine that matches the indexing sequences we have stored in our images. The CD, along with the free search engine, can be loaded into any desk top and the documents can be viewed, annotated, and transported via E-mail, Fax or downloaded to a printer.

LaserFiche WebLink. With our LaserFiche WebLink software, our customers can deliver actual text and images through any web browsers. LaserFische acts as a courier between the imaging system and the browser. As in CD Plus the searched engine is embedded in the image and the document can be searched using our standard indexing options. The documents are available to any web connected PC or workstation and can be downloaded in a PDF format and transported via E-mail or Fax. The security of your archive is never in question. The key is that the public never comes into contact with the original file. The LaserFiche security methods have passed the ultimate test by meeting the stringent requirements of several government agencies.

LaserFiche Cold. For customers such as banks, credit unions, insurance companies and municipal governments who manage large volumes of computer generated reports; we have the LaserFiche COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) solution. The software will automatically capture and index the report data for rapid access and retrieval. The report data is stored on optical disk or the storage media of your choice. The embedded search engine can be used to create reports, which can be displayed, printed or faxed.
